RECOMMENDED CLINICIANS AND COUNSELLORS |
|||||||
The AISSG receives requests for recommended clinicians from all over the world. These requests are made by anxious people with AIS and various intersex conditions, and from parents of children with an intersex condition. The most recent requests have included people from the US, Philippines, India and Spain. These people are generally seeking sympathetic, understanding and knowledgeable Endocrinologists, Gynaecologists or Urologists, but often they just need a medical professional that is willing to help. Consequently, the AIS Support Group is seeking doctors who are willing to be included in our recommended clinicians database from anywhere in the world. If you are a medical professional and would like to be included in our database, please contact us with your contact details, location, and area of expertise. We are also seeking to expand our list of qualified mental health practitioners, including psychologists and psychiatrists. If support group members and supporters have a doctor they would also like included in this database, please ask your doctor for approval before giving us their contact details.
